Composition, structure and mark of lead ingot

The lead ingot is rectangular with protruding ears at both ends. It is blue white metal and soft. Density 11.34g/cm3, melting point 327 ℃

1. The surface of lead ingot shall be free of slag, particulate oxygen, inclusions and external pollution.

2. The lead ingot shall not have cold insulation or Flash burr larger than 10 mm (trimming is allowed).

Test method: the arbitration analysis method of chemical composition of lead ingot shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB / t4103 chemical analysis method of lead and lead alloy.

1. Each ingot is cast or printed with a trademark and batch number.

2. The lead ingot shall be marked with paint that is not easy to fall off, and the color and part of the mark shall meet the requirements.

3. Each bundle of lead ingots shall be marked with conspicuous marks that are not easy to fall off, indicating the name of the manufacturer, product name, brand number, batch number and net weight.
