Classification of copper scrap recovery

  Waste copper can be recycled, recycling, recycling process is very simple. Firstly, the collected waste copper is sorted. Specific classification methods are as follows:

Copper scrap involved in a wide range, including copper, brass, bronze, white copper scrap, among them, purple copper scrap most, such as waste cable, copper tube, copper tube, bar, plate, block, belt, etc. According to the convenience of recycling, it can be divided into five types.

Category:

(1) red copper tube, rod, plate, block, tape, surface clean, no sludge and other adhesion, inclusion;

(2) all kinds of bare copper wire, short wire and other pure copper scrap.

Two categories:

(1) such as a class of copper waste mixed with paper scraps, various insulating materials, a small amount of sludge, rust, sundry, but its total mass is not more than 1%;

(1) enameled wire with diameter of 0.3mm or above is free from dirt and sundries.

Three kinds: all kinds of scrap pure copper or galvanized layer of pure copper electrical switches, parts.

Four categories:

(1) enameled wire with a diameter of 0.1~0.3mm;

(1) there is oil mud or a small amount of other mixed enameled wire;

(1) clean, crisp fire line.

Five categories: all kinds of pure copper water tanks, evaporators, heat exchangers, but the interior shall not be filled, only a small amount of natural scale is allowed.
